Glitzy Affair Boutique does not offer refunds. We will offer store credit that can be used towards a future purchase.
If for some reason your purchase does not work out for you, you may return the item for store credit towards a future purchase with Glitzy Affair Boutique. All returns must be done within 7 days from the date you received your order and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping their returned item(s) and shipping costs are non-refundable. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for any defects or any signs of wear. If we detect any damage or the item has been worn we reserve the right to deny your return. Once we have determined your item is in good condition you will receive your store credit via email. Please allow 7-14 days for your return to be processed.
Sale items and or items purchased on promotion are not eligible for a return. They are all final sale.
