Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped up to 72 hours after your payment has been verified; this excludes holidays and weekends. Once your order is shipped you will get a confirmation email with tracking information.

If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order; please contact the carrier with your tracking information.  Once your item(s) have shipped please remember that it is no longer the responsibility for us to follow up with your packages. If your tracking shows delivered please make a claim with the carrier.
